Description of Action

Adjusts Beach parking hourly rate to $1.75 hr. and authorizes City Manager discretion to adjust hourly rates during periods of higher parking demand (holidays, weekends, winter season, etc.).  Note: No change is made to the City resident annual parking pass decal.

Fiscal Impact/Cost Summary

Increased annual revenue from adjusted rate is estimated to bring between $60k and $90k annually that will pay for increased parking costs and monitoring.
